In 2005 the company was completed implementation of the integrated quality and food safety management system conforming to the requirements of international ISO 9001 and BRC standards. The system is promoting further operations and performance of the assigned works and encourages our successful competitiveness in the modern market. The responsibility of every employee, notwithstanding his/her position or educational qualifications, is the comprehension of the principles of quality and food safety policy as well as conscious and thorough contribution to the implementation of the established objectives. The exceptional quality needs continuous improvement and participation of every employee in the improvement process. Highest-level managers assume full responsibility for understanding the quality and food safety policy and its implementation in all levels of the Company.
The Company has developed and implemented all the necessary procedures allowing timely achievement of quality and food safety associated objectives. The management of the Company undertakes to provide the resources necessary for implementation of quality and food safety systems, their maintenance at the required level and their further development. - Perform the work in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 for continuous pursuit of the best results;
- Perform the activities in accordance with the normative documentation valid in the Republic of Lithuania as well as adequate directives of the European Union; follow all the applicable laws and normative acts of the Republic of Lithuania pertaining to the food safety, quality of products and environment protection;
- Save the non-renewable energy resources;
- Continuously review the quality and food safety policy and its objectives in order to ensure compliance of our goals with the products’ safety requirements and customers’ needs;
- Direct the activities towards our customers with a focus on meeting customers' expectations and needs.
Every employee of the Company shall be familiarized with the quality and food safety policy of the Company. The quality and food safety policy of the Company is announced and available publicly to all interested groups of the spheres of influence.
